Scanvista ("the App") is a document scanning application developed by vistavio. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.

1. Data Collection

Scanvista does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. The App does not require account registration or login.

2. Permissions

Camera: Used solely to scan documents. Photos taken within the App are saved locally on your device and are never uploaded automatically.
Storage / Files: Used to save, read, and manage your scanned documents on your device.

3. Local Storage

All documents you scan or import are stored exclusively on your device. You are in full control of your files at all times.

4. Backup Feature

The backup feature packages your local files into a .zip archive. This archive is shared only at your explicit request, to a destination you choose (Google Drive, email, WhatsApp, etc.). We do not have access to this data.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use certain data (such as advertising identifiers) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. This data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. No other analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs are used.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
